WellNow Urgent Care provides quick and accessible care with walk-in availability and minimal wait times. The staff is great, kind, patient, and amazing, making children feel safe, comfortable, and heard. Healthcare providers are thorough and go the extra mile. The location offers nice amenities like coffee, a slushie machine, snacks, and a Pac-Man machine to help manage wait times. Patients report getting the right meds and being seen efficiently. The entire staff receives high recommendations, especially for sick children, ensuring visits are uneventful and not scary.
Kaitlyn the assistant nurse was very nice and very kind also very polite. The PA Amanda was very professional and ordered the right treatment right away for my right ear. The receptionist was very nice and polite and got me checked in very quickly. Overall had a very wonderful experience with everyone there. Plus my copay was much less with them versus other urgent care centers around. I would highly recommend 👌 them.
Had to have stitches and staples removed from an accident.
The staff was quite thoughtful.
I learned Saturday and Sunday are charged the same as a weekday.
The clinic wasn't busy especially as I left around 10 am Sunday.
Medicare covered the bill and I went home to rest.
I got Caitlin J. to check me in today, She was so kind and welcoming. She made the whole check-in process feel comfortable and reassuring, and I really appreciated how friendly and attentive she was.
