WellNow Urgent Care provides quick and accessible care with walk-in availability and minimal wait times. The staff is great, kind, patient, and amazing, making children feel safe, comfortable, and heard. Healthcare providers are thorough and go the extra mile. The location offers nice amenities like coffee, a slushie machine, snacks, and a Pac-Man machine to help manage wait times. Patients report getting the right meds and being seen efficiently. The entire staff receives high recommendations, especially for sick children, ensuring visits are uneventful and not scary.
I want to give a this urgent care a 5star rating, especially Kierra and the student Devonly who helped me a couple of days ago. They were both so kind, respectful, and welcoming at the front desk. I came in with my sick son feeling stressed and overstimulated trying to complete the registration process while calming him down. The student immediately stepped in to help comfort my son and helped ease so much pressure off of me. That small act meant more than she probably realizes. It is fast paced environments and I notice they had a slushy mashing too.
The website for appointment, insurance verification and check-in time was very user friendly. I appreciated getting in and out of appointment very quickly. The office was clean and organized. My Rx was ordered right away. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. No complaints!
I was visiting in Anderson and had a medical issue. Since I was out of town and didn't have a doctor in Anderson I went to WellNow Urgent Care. I was sure glad I did! The all staff members were wonderful, friendly, professional, and very caring. Dr. Laura was great!! She took her time with me and explained what was happening with my medical condition and what to expect when I started taking the medication she prescribed. She also explained what I needed to do should my condition worsen. I was also impressed that that lobby was kid friendly with a PacMac machine and slushy machine!
