You can just feel the basic atmosphere. These care tech people work with the public everyday, all day. The common public can wear you down with all the weird experiences and ungrateful people. It was a basic, not very personable experience. I took someone specifically for an X-ray for pneumonia. The NP that saw us opted not to take one until I told her the regular GP was concerned enough that they wanted one done and read before the weekend and that's why we came to urgent care. We did get an X-ray, got a script, and left
I set around here for two days knowing I badly needed to go to urgent care but dreading to go , finally no choice.
Was so very pleasantly surprised and thankful for the wonderful experience and care given me today.
From ladies at check in to nursing assistant or perhaps pratichner and to Medical Dr and the exray technician I could not have been in better , capable, caring hands .
Especially with dealing with a Holliday as well.
