The staff were incredible! Everyone was super friendly from check-in, to the nurse, to the amazing NP who treated my son. I am quite pleased with how we were treated, the compassion shown by all staff, and the promptness in which we were seen throughout our time at GoHealth Anderson. Our NP, Abby, was so thoughtful! She brought my son snacks, and even printed a school note without my asking. Please pay her extra to keep her at this location!

You can just feel the basic atmosphere. These care tech people work with the public everyday, all day. The common public can wear you down with all the weird experiences and ungrateful people. It was a basic, not very personable experience. I took someone specifically for an X-ray for pneumonia. The NP that saw us opted not to take one until I told her the regular GP was concerned enough that they wanted one done and read before the weekend and that's why we came to urgent care. We did get an X-ray, got a script, and left
