Excellent experience all the way around. We had a tough situation with dog accident stains on carpet. Office staff was super helpful with scheduling and cleaners arrived right on time. They did a great job and carpet looked wonderful when they left. Unfortunately the amateur job we did initially trying to clean the accidents ourselves had driven the stains deeper into the padding, so when it dried the stains showed again. They came back and explained what was happening, mitigated the issue and gave advice on how to control in the future. Very professional outfit and I'd wholeheartedly recommend to anyone with carpet cleaning needs. Price was super reasonable also.

We just had Stanley Steemer clean some stains on our very light-colored carpet. We had a couple of spots that needed to be deodorized as well. The man that came to clean was so kind and curteous. He diligently spot treated and deodorized and even hit a couple of spots in an area we hadn't scheduled for cleaning - just as a kindness. The price was so reasonable that I tipped him for his extra effort and personal service. I would recommend them! Much better than the shampoo machines that leave your carpet soaked afterward.
