Shaina from service masters is the best at her job! I've never seen someone day in and day out be so attentive. She helps out in the office I work for and I have the pleasure of seeing her everyday. She is so reliable and always there when we need her. She is detail oriented and makes sure the job is done right unlike some other people I have experienced in the past. She never fails to jump in when needed and takes her time to be sure the job is done right.5 gold stars for her!

I was so glad I called them. There had been an "accident" on my sofa sectional that needed to be cleaned before it had a chance to dry. When I called they said they were very busy but I lucked out and was able to get a same day appointment. They arrived right on time, were very personable, and told me what each step of the process was as they were working. The technicians were quick, thorough, polite and knowledgeable. ServiceMaster was much more affordable than I had expected and I will definitely call them to come back whenever I need to have any furniture or flooring deep cleaned.

On site team was prompt and friendly. Had them clean all of our high traffic areas. Things were great until about a week later I noticed water damage in a corner of the master bedroom in a part of the room rarely used. Water had soaked the carpet underneath a closet door. The water also soaked into the closet door, a basket of laundry and the molding of the door frame. We contacted the owner and sent over photos. Instead of attempting to reach some sort of arrangement Eric told us he believed we were just trying to scam him out of money. I have now cleaned the mildew from the carpeted area, replaced the door frame molding, replaced the closet door and disposed of several articles of clothing as result of this carpet cleaning service. I have now spent twice as much in repairs to my home as the initial carpet cleaning.I really wanted to like this company, again they were prompt and the field team were very nice. Accidents happen, I understand that. I was fully willing to work out some sort of agreement with the owner. I admit I should have been more diligent in checking my home before the team left. However some of the fault also lies with Service Masters for leaving a significant amount of standing water on a carpet floor.Sadly there is no way I could ever recommend a company who refuses to accept even partial responsibility for for a mishap at a customers home.Service: General carpet cleaning

I had them come and clean my vents and ducts. Two girls came, sorry I don’t know there names, but they were great. They came in and got right to work, they didn’t mess around. They were able to do 9 vents and one return in an hour. Those girls worked quick and hard. I swear my air smells and feels cleaner! Great job and fair price. Another company wanted to charge almost double for the same work. Definitely recommend service masters!

I am very unhappy with the lack of communication from this company! We were told from day one they would keep us updated and we never heard from them regaurding status of completion. We were also not told about unpacking everything ourselves, which is no problem but that would've been nice to know upfront. They've been done for 6 days and we didnt know.. that's time wasted for nothing. No phone callsWe had to contact them to find this out. The Owner himself, came to our home to do the initial estimate, he is the one who did not make the initiative to call and let us know the job was finished. When I told him I was not happy about being left in the dark, he made no apologies and was not accepting any fault on his part, even though he said he would keep us updated. I WOULD NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY MYSELF!!!!!THIS IS THE ANDERSON INDIANA LOCATION. IF YOU LIKE TO BE LEFT IN THE DARK ,CALL ERIC TERRELL, (OWNER) IM SURE HE'LL BE HAPPY TO HELP YOU!!!
