My wife called me while I was on my way home from work and said the tub had backed up. I dreaded the worst case scenario. I called McConnell and they were able to get to me within the hour. The technicians Keagan and Cameron did a very effective job of clearing out the drain, set me at ease for worst case scenario, and stayed to make sure things were draining properly. I'd definitely recommend them.

This is a fantastic company. Everyone, every time has been helpful, honest and dependable. I have had the privilege of using them on several of our homes and commercially, I will not think of using anyone else.
