My first message included my appointment details and Jossy’s contact information, and the next one showed everything they found during the inspection. The system let me choose which repairs to approve, and they even included videos explaining the issues and demonstrating various car features — very impressive! On top of that, everyone was extremely courteous and friendly.

I had tried to get someone just to have a look at my car as I worried about strange noises in the suspension. When I got to jossy they hacked it up immediately and scheduled a repair the next day! The costs were transparent and car delivered on time, clean and performing like new!

My car was towed as a AAA pick up. They did the diagnostics and I had my car back in four days which I thought was amazing considering most places can’t even get me in for a week appreciated everything Office clean staff, friendly no problems definitely recommend.
