Patients have expressed high satisfaction with their care, noting that the staff is very kind and helpful, always ready to answer questions and explain procedures. The facility is very clean and easy to access. Many patients feel pleased with their improved vision and the detailed, diligent care they receive. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The wait time was minimal and the procedure went smoothly. Dr. Herschberger explained very clearly what he was going to do, and he answered all of my questions.

The lady that checked me in, the technicians, the doctor and the scheduling lady made me feel comfortable and welcome.
I was provided lots of time to ask questions & answers were easy to understand. Their customer service is top notch. I received lots of printed information to bring home about my procedure and options thoroughly explained, by the doctor and also the scheduling person.

I had a good experience there on my visit. Everyone was nice and friendly. The doctor did what was needed for me at the time. I had also been at this facility 10 years ago, and they took care of my needs then.. So I definitely would recommend the Eye surgeons of Indiana for anything that you need done..
