Jon and Duane installed a new well at our shop and also have serviced the older well at the house. They are both amazing, and customer service has always been a priority. Timely response, arriving as scheduled, and follow up. Really appreciate their practical application work and tips to keep things working as they should. Just had them recently come out for a small issue in spring with well pump tank and they were able to quickly diagnose the problem and get it resolved on the spot. Busby will continue to be our #1 well service provider, because of Jon and Duane.

I said I would leave a review but can’t get signed into my google account to do so on google so I’ll leave it here. I highly recommend this company. I was without water for a couple of days as my pressure tank and well pump needed replaced and went out. John and Duane came out and fixed it for us in a timely manner and explained & showed me everything they needed to do. Professional company and were friendly. I appreciate you guys a lot.

After peterman coming out and quoting us 20k to relocate our well and abandon the new one without fixing or even trying to fix the problem.. I called a few companies to get quotes and let me first start by saying how swiftly John came out to check it himself. Found the problem right away (showed us the issue as well)and offered to try to fix it without demolishing our porch and without relocating. (Those would be second and third options) They came back after the weekend and fixed it. Literally saved us thousands of dollars. Both of these guys are amazing and will be the first to contact with any other issues in the future. Highly recommend!!!
