Would have loved to receive a quote from Roy, however, he did not show up to my house at our agreed upon time. I called him multiple times and there was no answer. I even attempted to follow up with him the next day. No call back no answer, didn’t know I had to work so hard as a customer. I was supposed to meet with him in the evening so I texted him in the morning and he confirmed our appointment. It’s like this man just vanished, take your hard earned money elsewhere.

Roy did an excellent job repairing some shingles and boards causing a leak in our roof. He was expedient and professional, and I appreciated his insight as I am a first time homebuyer and don't understand all the ins and outs of home repairs.
