The tech was friendly, quick and informative. He offered us additional services that would benefit our daily living, beyond the furnace checkup he was originally called out for. Highly recommend.
We were experiencing an issue with our heater kicking on and then kicking back off. I called Northern Comfort Systems and a very nice technician came out about an hour after the call. He assessed the situation and since he left our heater has been working like it should. I would highly recommend Northern Comfort Systems to anyone that needs work done.
This visit was for routine AC season check-up. The tech was on time and very courteous and efficient. Asked if had any questions or having any trouble with the unit then went about his way checking everything out. We have used them for years and would recommend to anyone.
