Jim was awesome coming out to repair our ancient furnace multiple times and is now installing a new propane furnace for us! He was very understand of our situation with a baby on the way and getting us heat as the cold weather is really starting to hit! Very unprofessional and unreliable. The way he spoke to me and the threatening way he acts is not acceptable. I would highly recommend you seek out a much more professional company to do your work!

Installed a national gas fireplace, built a hearth, installed ventilation pile, and installed a thermostat to run the fireplace.James also has came to my home and install and program new thermostat for the mainHeater in our house just this week..James prices are very reasonableServices: Installation

Bottom line they left me hanging on a service call. NOT A MAN OF HIS WORD, BEWARE. Glad i found out early before i lost any money. Why didnt you just say to call a dryer repair company from the beginning?! instead of saying you would come out to look at it?? Be honest upfront with people in the future. If you dont plan on coming to someone's house dont say that you are. Thats my beef with this company!

Our heat pump went out last week and I called AllStar and he was able to come out in a short time and immediately found the problem. He had the part handy and fix it in no time. His price was very fair and he did NOT try to sell me anything I did not need. He will be more first call on any future problems. GOOD JOB.Service: HVAC system maintenance

I can not think of anyone else who would be willing to work on an AC unit after business hours! James was very professional and did an excellent job not once but twice on very hot days!! Got my central air unit up and running within a matter of minutes both times!!! Very prompt on retuning phone calls and prompt on time if not earlier than expected!! Definitely would recommend to anyone needing anything fixed!!!
