They were fantastic!! Fixed my gas fireplace pilot light and ended embers which makes it even more beautiful. Also cleaned the glass! I could not find anyone else to work on it. I give them an A-plus rating. Thank you, Chris!

Their after hours service is amazing! Left a message and they got right back to me. They trouble shooted the problem on the phone and were able to tell me to check the batteries in the thermostat. Replaced batteries, problem solved at no charge.

I want to give a big shout out to Alaska Heating and Cooling and to Jamie that came out to help. He was so professional and pleasant to work with. He saved the New Year Holiday for me and my Mother. No one wants to work the holidays but he came to our rescue. Thank you so much from the bottom on my heart. See you in the Spring for our regular service. ?
