Overall, my experience was highly disappointing. The staff was nice, but my tooth treatment was not adequately addressed, and Dr. Van Nguyen wanted to perform a root canal that I did not necessarily need. As a result, I had to go to another dental office for a second opinion, and they fixed my filling that she did, and I was relieved of my discomfort from the tooth that Dr. Van Nguyen had filled. They told me I didn't need a root canal at all.

If you are looking for a good Dentistry I recommend checking out Zion Family Dentistry! These ladies really make you feel welcomed and you can tell they really love what they do!
Dr.Van Nguyen and Alyssa really made me feel comfortable about the work I was getting done and really made time go fast.
The dentist is something everyone hates but these ladies really made it feel welcoming and they are the best around!

I would never go back. The partial he had made for me was terrible. Not only that the two teeth he had a partial connected to should’ve been capped and he did not do that now I have more problems.

I brought my 4-year-old daughter in for an emergency visit due to a painful upper jaw abscess that was starting to affect her eye - a serious and potentially dangerous condition. Despite explaining that we had already been prescribed antibiotics from immediate care and could not get a pediatric dental appointment until September, the dentist did nothing to treat the source of the infection.
There was no attempt to extract the tooth, no drainage, and frankly, no urgency. We were sent home with instructions to increase the dose of the antibiotic that we already have. We drove over an hour for this appointment, hoping for real intervention, instead, we were told “there was nothing they could do.”
She also incorrectly told me that amoxicillin and penicillin are the same, which they are not. I’m sure it was just an oversimplification, but it minimized the complexity of antibiotic treatment. For more uninformed or uneducated parents, this could have offered false reassurance. Additionally, when asked what to do in the meantime given that we cannot get an appointment until September, I was told, “The antibiotic should work.”
If your child is in pain or has a spreading infection, I strongly recommend you seek care elsewhere. I will continue to advocate for my daughter beyond this visit.
Giving two stars because they accommodated a last minute appointment.

This is absolutely the best dentist office and services around. The staff is Fantastic from Jessica the hygentist, Dr. Van who is excellent at her job, Ally & Maria @ the front desk, Alyssa (dental assistant) & the whole staff wrapped up is superior to any other place I've ever been. If you are looking for a dentist or looking to switch this is the place to go. You'll Never get better service or the level of comfort & care you receive here. Keep being exceptional. Appreciate all you do!!!

Everyone is nice in the office. I really reccomend them! Dr. Van, Alyssa and Ally are the best!! There so nice and understanble . My daughter Alice loves them. Alyssa saved one of the toys she liked from a previous dental appointment so she can have it this time. I really appreciate she did that for my daughter.

I was warmly greeted by friendly and personable staff at the front desk, and from that moment on, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Trista, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure I felt at ease throughout my visit. Though the process of getting x-rays isn't the most enjoyable, Trista made it as comfortable as possible. She took the time to carefully explain every step ahead of time, calming any anxious feelings I had, and her gentle, thoughtful approach truly made a difference. She built such a wonderful rapport with me, ensuring I felt completely cared for. After the x-rays, she personally guided me to the next room, reassuring me that I would see her again before I left.
I then had the privilege of meeting Iris, my fantastic hygienist, who was incredibly thorough and explained each tool and step in the cleaning process with such care. She frequently checked in on me and made sure my teeth were cleaned to perfection, leaving them feeling silky smooth – I’ve never had a more thorough cleaning!
Dr. Van greeted me with kindness, offering valuable advice on enamel wear prevention and tailored oral care tips. The entire team, from the front desk to the back rooms, made me feel welcome, included, and genuinely cared for. It’s clear that this dentistry truly values its patients, and I can’t thank this team enough for making my visit so memorable. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment!
