“I originally went for a full acrylic set with white tips, not even 24 hrs later one completely broke off and another was cracked. Called and was told to come back in and they’d give me a refund and take off the nails. I went in with the intention to do just that but Kim was super nice and apologized. She said she’d redo my nails herself (she wasn’t who did them the first time) and give me a refund anyways. I was reluctant but really wanted my nails done because I never really have them done (mom here ?). So I let her do them and she let me choose a color, did cat eye for the first time and I’m obsessed. Kim turned a bad experience into such a good one. I will be back for her when I need a fill.“
