I booked 8 manicures and 8 pedicures for myself and my bridesmaids for the day before my wedding. They confirmed with me twice leading up to the appointment and were very prepared for us. They had so many color choices and the services all went very well. They handled a large group of us in a professional and timely manner and everyone left delighted with what they received.
I am new to the area and was pleased to see this salon offered a basic pedicure, which is what I need. I wasn't clear about that so I was given the full works pedicure which was fantastic! (but I will be more clear next time it is just basic I need - LOL) Very clean salon, lovely owners and so friendly. Have to say I was delighted how friendly they were...where I moved from not a single salon I tried would even crack a smile when they learned I just need basic pedicure services. In fact they were rude and dismissive. So definitely planning to go back to Pro Nail!
