My Nine Eleven Shop

Charlie and the guys are professional in every way. Dan performed my service. He went above and beyond by replacing a headlight assembly that was used as a temporary solution in an earlier repair.

I was very happy with my experience at My Nine Eleven Shop. I got a full service there after buying a new car. Charlie and his employees were very friendly.

Charlie has been great to work with. He is consistent and provides excellent customer service. Glad to have someone that is dependable and available when needed!

Charlie has helped me with my F150 multi times. He has helped diagnose the issues I have been having with it. He has been very honest and fair with his prices even going as far as trying to save me as much money as possible when giving me options to fix problems. Thank you for excellent customer service, service, prices, and atmosphere. I am so glad they can get me in and out and that they are open on Saturdays.

Went in and spoke to charlie about my bmw. I didn't feel rushed. He listened to what I had to say and he answered without trying to push me out the door right off the bat. Nice guy running a nice shop. I will be back but with repairs needed, not just questions.

Charlie and crew really know their Porsche cars. I've gotten heaps of advice, seen his shop first hand and there's a diverse set of both rear engine and transaxle cars worked on at his shop. I recently had my transmission rebuilt and LSD added for my 944 Turbo and plan on bringing it in for major services as needed. If I do ever get my hands on a 911, it'll be brought here for a good many things.

This is a fantastic place for your vintage Porsche. Charlie, the owner is incredibly knowledgeable and has a multi decade history with Porsche and Lamborghini sports cars. I brought him my 2000 Boxster S that I have owned for 24 years. The car basically sits in storage and has 30,000 miles, but it had not seen any service in over a decade.

Charlie went through every inch of the car, changed all fluids and filters, greased and aligned everything that could be done and did everything else he could to bring the car up to excellent operating conditions.

I just got the car back a couple days ago and it runs and drives magnificently now and is ready for its next quarter century.

Charlie’s shop is also also a lot of fun to go to and he will take you through it and show you all of the fascinating projects that are happening, plus it seems like a place where other fun car guys hang out.

There are some negative posts here that jobs don’t get done on time. That’s probably partly true, but it’s because of the nature of these vehicles, in my case Charlie had to wait for some parts, and the repair took a few weeks longer than planned, but he kept me totally informed about it.

I can’t recommend My 911 shop any higher, just a great place.

As the owner of Ollies Engineering having to work with shop owners like Charlie is extremely frustrating, he sends you work and writes bad checks for the completed work. We have been trying to collect from Charlie for over a year now and he has now stopped responding to our calls, emails, and correspondence. As a small business owner in this industry, we want to be able to work with other businesses in good faith; however, business owners like Charlie make that impossible. My hope is Charlie corrects this situation in the immediate future, before having to move forward with filing a police report, legal action and/or further involving his customer.

Anyone else not getting their car back? Not getting calls answered?
