I came in with chest congestion. Right away I was told I needed a RSV test. The Dr. said it's like a Covid test, just a noise swab. They gave me no medication and said they would call with results. Four days past with no call. I was still sick and getting worse. When I called them they said everything looks fine. I asked to be seen again or medication and I was told I couldn't get in for two weeks. I went to urgent care somewhere else and they gave me medication and I was better in a few days. The real issue came when I got the bill. They charged my insurance $3,500 for this RSV noise swab and my part was $507. Heck NO ....I'm disputing it!

The care I got was a F-, my office experience was degrading and I felt like a women in a 3rd world country Mercy is OK with their staff talking to patients like trash and clearly need my $22... they can get $.50 at a time. Maybe next time they will clean before a patient is seen. Or not let their physical therapy department belittle a female left alone in a room with this male. I never felt so uncomfortable and degraded.

If you need your CDL medical card do not go here.the staff& nurse were good to me I got there a little late they helped me with every thing passed eye test every thing was great until the nurse practitioner came in treated me like an escaped convic.went over every thing three times so she could fail me for some bullshit excuse there was no one else there now I know why.not many people in the hole place come to think about it.what ever happen to seeing a real doctor.this CDL medical card thing has got out of hand.she walked in the room like she was god not nice to me once.the rest of the staff treated me like gold I could tell the felt bad. They should fire that one.i haven't had a ticket or accident for over 30 years. Thank you wanted to let you know before she ruins your day to.

Had to bring someone in for some respiratory issues, we didn't have an appointment for urgent care. The receptionists were kind and efficient. We were seen within 15 minutes of being there and the patient was given an appropriate amount of check ups. They did run a test that this patient specifically asked not to have done, which I definitely docked stars from.

Worst treatment I ever had by a nurse yesterday . Im actually going to let someone know. I almost walked out. Condescending, abrasive and a general feel she hates her job and people in general. I will never sent foot in the urgent care there EVER again. I dont care how sick I am.

ZERO STARS should be an option. I went because I had a horrible fall & suspected a broken rib. I saw a PA, be aware there are NO DOCTORS in that dept, only PA's. After the x-ray she said she'd let me me know tomorrow! What!! That the radiologist was gone for the day. After reading the radiologists report I saw it was done in 20 minutes! She LIED!! She would give me nothing for the excruciating pain and told me to take Clonazepam for a muscle relaxer. I told her me Dr didn't want me taking those ofter but she didn't care. "I works as a muscle relaxer too" ummm. So do Muscle relaxers! She told me to come back Friday and we'll see if something is needed for pain. The next day she called with the x-ray results. It said questionable 11th rib fracture (are they students too?) I could barely walk now. I called back the third day and they said "go to an ER. Stay as FAR AWAY from these goofs as possible. How can they not even have a Dr on staff!!!!

This place has gone down hill.no longer recommended! First I needed a mammogram because I felt a lump. When I went to have it, it was very obvious that the technician felt I didn't need it and treated me with unforgivable disdain and obvious contempt. Can you even imagine this because I took my mammogram business elsewhere.Then I had an appoint for an unrelated matter at the urgent care. After I waited a half an hour I inquired if they had forgotten me. I was told , verbatim, by the receptionist that it didn't matter if you had an appointment you still had to wait for your turn because of Covid. She had no explanation for why they took appointments at all. Take yourself and any loved ones elsewhere.

Terrible health system. The doctors will code your visit to get the most money possible. Went to the walk-in clinic for a migraine and they sent me to the ER saying they couldn't help me and it may be "life threatening". The ER doctor expressed they had "no idea" whey they sent me there. I will never go there again.
