I came here for a physical for employment and the staff from beg to end was amazing Dr Katie was so nice her whole staff is wonderful i wish all healthcare places had bed side etiquette this place is amazing ? I appreciate you all I really hope downstairs staff gets recognized from one healthcare worker to another I APPRECIATE YOU!!!

Lesson learned I saw the bad reviews and didn’t listen. They over booked us and literally kicked us out from the room because they already had another person waiting. We were there before our appointment we waited to go in and with in 20 minutes of being in the room they kicked us out and told us we had to reschedule. Now I have to leave work again and pay my copay for a second time when we didn’t even get seen the first time.

I came in with chest congestion. Right away I was told I needed a RSV test. The Dr. said it's like a Covid test, just a noise swab. They gave me no medication and said they would call with results. Four days past with no call. I was still sick and getting worse. When I called them they said everything looks fine. I asked to be seen again or medication and I was told I couldn't get in for two weeks. I went to urgent care somewhere else and they gave me medication and I was better in a few days. The real issue came when I got the bill. They charged my insurance $3,500 for this RSV noise swab and my part was $507. Heck NO ....I'm disputing it!

The care I got was a F-, my office experience was degrading and I felt like a women in a 3rd world country Mercy is OK with their staff talking to patients like trash and clearly need my $22... they can get $.50 at a time. Maybe next time they will clean before a patient is seen. Or not let their physical therapy department belittle a female left alone in a room with this male. I never felt so uncomfortable and degraded.

This place has really gone down hill. 15 minute neurological exams. Physical therapist that put you down. Not cool, then to get yelled at by billing.

I had an appointment for 4:30 and sat there for 45 minutes still not being called to the back. This isn't the first time. I will never go back.

I was a Mercy patient for 30 years. Mercy called me to schedule my mammogram appointment they scheduled me in Rockford I'll when I have been with them for 30 years. I show up there after driving 1:15 to find out what they did to me, but they are not willing to fit me in their schedule, to correct their mistake, that's the customer service you obtain. After talking to XR manager she apologized too many times witch doesn't do anything for me. Taking time from work, driving almost 3 hours for that type of resolution. I am saying I was a patient of Mercy Woodstock, because this is my last visit to them.
