We started going to this dentistry because it was close to us, but their quality of service was horrible. We were only going for a year when I noticed that I had to pay for a regular bi-annual check-up, which my insurance covers. When I asked, they said our insurance dropped them, which makes no sense. After talking to my insurance, I discovered that family dentistry dropped a primary carrier, and our insurance was under that umbrella. So, their insurance person at Family Dentistry should have done their job and stuck me with the bill for out-of-network. Have's the bestest atmosphere a dentistry would ever have! Dr. David was so nice and nice to talk to while the appointment started. Loved the gaming room and was creative to add the PS5 in the room! Loved the Place and would come here again.

My husband has been going to this dentist for a long time, I left my last dentist to go here to make easier for us with the kids appointments, well wrong decision, not only did they start messing up our appointments but one of the dentist was very rude when my daughter was not allowing the dentist do the procedure that before he left the room he said he did not have time for this. It took us a year to help her build her trust with a dentist. On top of that their customer service has become very poor. Too many chances, I regret it.
