I have had great experiences with LeadingIT. I have contacted Alex twice in the last couple of days and he has been immediately available and responsive. Started with LeadingIT as my IT support in October of 2024. Onboarding was a breeze. Then I just got a new laptop that I needed to have everything transferred and programs installed. Had some troubles with getting Citrix to run but they escalated and resolved the issue quickly. Thank you Geovel and Hissan.

Hissan did an excellent job troubleshooting my ticket and demonstrated strong knowledge throughout the process. He consistently followed up and collaborated effectively with our e-newsletter and website provider. He went above and beyond, even assisting with aspects that extended beyond his initial scope of support. While we didn’t reach a definitive answer, my concerns were more precautionary in nature, and we were ultimately satisfied with the troubleshooting process and the final bounce-back numbers from our most recent e-newsletter.
