I have been to this Spa many times. I have chronic back pain from past disc issues. I have had a massage with 3 different therapists and all were slightly different technic, but all amazing. An hour is good, but 90 min is perfect! Vivian is my favorite, and my go to when she is available. Cant wait until next time.

I have visited H Spa on many occasions. Here are my impressions of this wonderful spa. H Spa on Seminary Road is a true haven for anyone seeking professional massage therapy in a serene environment. The spa has 4 highly skilled therapists. Each expertly trained in a variety of techniques. The spa features four beautifully appointed treatment rooms. This including a room dedicated to couples massage - perfect for couples looking to unwind together. Each space has soft lighting, calming aromas and plush clean linens.
