I have been going to Family Eye Care since it began with Dr Heinke. I have liked every staff member and seen many retire, but the newer employees are equally knowledgeable, courteous and kind. I like Dr. Maxwell as well as Dr Heinke. Highly recommended.

Picked up my 5th pair of glasses in 2 years today (I’m really good at breaking them). The staff is incredibly nice and always going above and beyond to help me with whatever i need for my vision. Prices are extremely fair and i get my glasses in a timely manner. The staff really took their time to fit my glasses as well which was such an improvement over my last pairs.

Doctor was thorough and nice. Surprised any other of the staff didn't walk over to me and tell me they were running 20 minutes late. I had to get up and tell them I had a 1030am appointment at 1050am and they looked surprised.

I have had astigmatism since I was a child, and every year my script strength has increased. Dr. Heinke changed all of that! My eye sight has actually improved! Her office has top notch technology and she is very skilled and thorough with exams. Her staff have done an outstanding job with my insurance each year to make sure I get the best contacts for my eyes and it has been an absolute game changer. I will be a patient for life, no matter how near or far. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!
