I've had my furnace/air conditioner serviced by Air First for 20+ years. Wouldn't call anyone else. Timely, efficient and known, these guys are top notch. I had a 38 yr old, original furnace in my townhome, and never once did they try to talk me in to a new one. I recently decided to replace the old girl, and Mike and his helper did a great job. This morning my furnace was not running. I called my home warranty service at 6 am and Air First Mechanical Inc. in Woodstock il was assigned to my service call. At 8 am I received a call from Don to schedule the appointment. I was extremely happy to hear that he could schedule my appt in the late morning- afternoon (11:30-3:30 window). I requested that the tech call me at least 20 minutes prior to arriving so I could leave work and meet him. AFM called at 1:15 ish and arrived around 2:40 ish. Anthony the tech was very courteous and conscientious. He was professional and friendly and quick to repair my furnace ignition. I’m very happy with the service I received... read full review
