I had a great experience with Windy City Steam from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, communication was clear, and they showed up on time which I really appreciated. The technician was professional, respectful of my space, and clearly knew what he was doing. My carpets looked noticeably cleaner and fresher afterward, including areas I honestly thought were beyond saving. No rushed job, no upselling pressure, just solid, quality work. You can tell they take pride in what they do. I would absolutely recommend Windy City Steam to anyone looking for reliable, thorough carpet cleaning in the area and I would use them again without hesitation.
Brandon did a fantastic job on our stamped concrete patio. Very professional, knows his product and was upfront about what we can expect when the job was completed. I was very impressed with the results.
Being in sales, I used to HATE homeowners like me. But, being a homeowner, now, I get it. You better believe I have spoken with anyone and everyone who offers this service near by. Not only are most people over charging like crazy, but they’re not flexible with their services, either. I just rescued a dog who unfortunately peed on my big L-shaped sectional. It was only on one cushion. But everyone else I had spoken with could only charge me for the entire couch. (Which was a lot because my couch is huge.)
