I injured my lower back in early february 2023. I was in extreme pain that radiated down my left leg (sciatica) and had numbness in my toes, foot and calf. My doctor recommended pt and gave me a list near my home. Team Rehab was the closest and I’m extremely happy I chose them. I worked with Brian, Mike and my last couple sessions with Olivia. What an amazing experience and a fun group to work with. They brought me back to life. Pain and numbness is gone. They gave me exercises that I use on a daily basis to strengthen my muscles.
