We give all the credit to Rite Rug associate Dee Bayo was very easy to work with and very flexible! She made this process very smooth and had amazing communication. She was always quick to respond, very informative and listened to what we needed and wanted as customers. Great company. I’ve used them 3 times in the last 4 years. Matt is a great salesman who gets me exactly what I need. My installer Chris was terrific as well. Very knowledgeable, fast, thorough, and dedicated to getting the kid done right the first time. I highly recommend them.
