I filed a windshield claim using the app, the process was incredibly smooth. Gary reached out to me quickly and even scheduled the repair appointment. It couldn't have been easier!
This is the first time that I had to file a claim with ECP. I have to say that it went very smoothly and my claims adjuster, Bill McBride was fantastic. He was so quick to respond to any of my em,ails and he helped me tremendously. I was highly satisfied with his service and professionalism.
Gary C. at EPC was very helpful with my claim. From start to finish it was only 24 hours. They answered all my questions and let me know all my options. If you have EPC with a problem; they will make sure it is taken care of. Also, everybody I talked to along the way was very professional.
