Called first thing in the morning and a tech was onsite within 2 hours. Quick dialog the problem, located the part and was operational by 1:00. Great service, friendly knowledgeable tech. I will continue to use and recommend to my friends and family!
The guys at Greg’s are the best. They came out in April to replace my fan motor, Gabriel was very friendly and professional and talked me through my options. I called them today to check something and they were honest about the issue, quickly fixed it, played with my dog, and left. I am so glad I’ve found an HVAC company that keeps it real and works on honesty and flexibility. Nice job, guys! Thanks for keeping me cool ☀️ ?
They are very professional, got the job done quickly. My central air conditioner went down in the middle of a heat wave, I’m a disabled Veteran and they were very considerate to my needs. I believe they went above and beyond. I even asked for an Alexa thermostat and they went and got it, it was extra but I didn’t mind. They do offer military discounts. They showed me how to install the filter and drew a diagram on the appliance in the basement with arrows of air flow, just in case I forget in the future. Like I said way above the call of duty.
