I would give this place 1,000 stars for a review if I could. We were traveling on our way to St. Louis when our Kia Optima broke down (check engine light blinking). This was the closest dealership and we were able to get it there. Our Kia needed something reprogrammed and they got us into their schedule, got our car fixed, and got us on our way. 20 minutes down the road, it happened again…..we took it back. (Sometimes things happen that are out of someone’s control or unexpected, and we get that) They were immediately on top of it and corrected the issue. Daughter hit a curb and blew out a tire on her brand new car. We had several question and request for different replacement options and Dani was patient, professional and quick to get us solutions. The service to fix the tire was also a quick turn around.
We purchased our second Kia Sorento this year from Brent Marburger. I can't say enough good things about him and the rest of the folks at Federico. Brent t is a great salesman No pressure, friendly, helpful and responsive. We were treated with great fairness, understanding and respect and I recommend anyone wanting to buy a Kia to go to Federico.
