I bought my home with this system installed. My main pump failed and the alarm was going off on the backup system. Evin came out to service the system and he was amazing! He explained everything about my systems and walked me through what I should expect from most of my plumbing. I just can't say enough about Evin. He was kind and patient and gave me knowledge on my flood system.

Bought house with their system in it… great customer service- came out explained everything after testing things working like it should- system is 21 years old and still performing- no hard sell for upgrading anything giving me options of newer things - great service and communication from Evin
