I had my first visit at Serenity Salon in Wood Dale with Natalia and it was amazing!
She made me feel so comfortable and walked me through every step of the pampering session. Between the heat therapy, light therapy, vibration massage, and oxygen ion treatment, I left feeling lighter, calmer, and completely refreshed.
Natalia has such a warm, caring energy and really knows how to make the whole experience special. I walked out glowing, relaxed, and already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend!

I am beyond happy I found Serenity Beauty Studio! The first time I came in was because my son needed an Anti-Acne facial since he is getting ready for graduation. Natalie is the first person we met and she did a fantastic job! She is so caring, always with a beautiful smile and took the time to explain to my son what he could do to better his skin routine and even reccomended a few products. She is beyond knowledgeable! My son felt so comfortable. Thank you Natalie!

Awesome shop. Offers a lot of services. We were grateful that they were able to get us in the same day that we called. It was our first time there. My only comment was that I was surprised that no one acknowledged us when we came in, which felt awkward. Happy with how the style turned out.
