This is my 3 time coming here and i never had a problem ..i took my girls last week i disnt really saw the problem until they went to their dad house and he saw their hair this picture i put is a video but you can clearly see the hair is HORIBLEEE All 3 of my kids have their hair all messed up i payed ovdr $100 and i request my refound ...They called me and try to fix things they want me to take my kids back and fix theIr hair but that is the last thing i would do i just want my money back so i could take them to a profecional place if i dont recived a money back ill post this o. We had such a wonderful experience at My Kids Place on 5/24/26. Zuly and the front desk staff were incredibly kind, compassionate, and patient with my son, who has autism and speech delay. From the moment we walked in, they made us feel welcomed and understood. They were very gentle, never rushed him, and found calming ways to support his sensory needs during the haircut.
This place truly knows how to work with children who have sensory needs. They were understanding, caring, and made the entire experience much less stressful for both my child and our family. It is not easy finding a salon that is patient and experienced with special needs children, and they went above and beyond to make my son feel safe and comfortable.
As a parent, it means so much to be treated with kindness and understanding. I am beyond grateful for the care they showed us and highly recommend My Kids Place to any family, especially parents of children with autism or sensory sensitivities. Thank you again for such an amazing experience!

We had an excellent experience at My Kids Place. My 3yo daughter had her first official haircut, and Zuly did a fantastic job. She was very gentle and patient. My daughter got to choose which fun chair she wanted to sit in and picked a TV show to watch. My toddler is normally very shy but felt comfortable the whole time.
I wish I took photos of the inside of the salon because the decor was very cute. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend the experience.

This place 😍 AMAZING is an understatement!! The service, the attentiveness, the cleanliness, the energy, the results. I am so happy we chose My Kids Place for our son’s first haircut. First, I appreciate them so much for squeezing us in because we did a walk in not knowing we needed an appointment. We came ready for battle: toys, snacks, bottles and big sister for reinforcements. Let’s just say I didn’t need any of that.
Zuly was so patient and sweet. She had bubbles to greet him and catch his attention. I loved how she showed the baby the clippers and let him feel the vibration so he was aware and not scared. There was another stylist, A Guy. I called him the bubble man because the moment my son started crying for us or whining- He swooped right in getting his attention and calmed him down with bubbles and toys so Zuly can continue.
Timing was great!!! Total time: Arrival-11:50 In chair- 11:54 Start- 11:55 Finish- 12:15pm
His haircut-Everything I wanted in his first cut. He’s only 15 months so I didn’t want to go full big boy yet- and get a fade but he did get a trim and a lining and it’s so cute.
I’m so glad we found this place and we can not wait to come back!!
