Sherry Molitor was a pleasure to work with, amazingly responsive, and very knowledgeable. She just represented me (closing was Jan 2025) in selling my condo. She answered all my questions, made recommendations as to how I could maximize the proceeds I would receive - both in terms of preparing my place, and the price we listed it at. It had multiple offers, and went under contract in a matter of days, and she shepherded it through the whole process. I couldn't recommend her more highly!!
After interviewing three brokers, I chose Coldwell Banker/SFC Team (specifically Trish Capitanini and her husband, Frank) to sell a residential property in Wilmette. While all three brokers had the usual marketing material and slightly different approaches, Trish impressed me with her assessment of the property and her knowledge of the local market. She also correctly analyzed my needs and went out of her way to provide assistance to me above and beyond what I could have realistically expected. So I say this: if you're selling property on the North Shore, you need to at least meet with these people. I think you'll be very impressed. I did, I was, and I made the right decision in choosing them.
