I had a bad week. Doesn’t matter why/what…it was a lousy no good rotten week.
Today, I treated myself to the Sounds + Silk session at Sole + Luna, and it was amazing. Relaxing, refreshing, comfortable…it was exactly what I needed to get this coming week off on the right foot.
Sole + Luna is a hidden gem, tucked away in Hubbard Woods. It’s inviting and calm, from the staff to the smells to the raw, clean decor.
Really couldn’t say enough great things.

Julie Dynek was fantastic for our Reiki and reading session. Not only did she create an environment and experience to open ourselves up, but her guidance led to an even more meaningful experience. I went with my husband, and he is newer to energy work (background in science, so the research is what brought him initial understanding of energy), and I have been so inclined since I was little. Julie made us both feel completely at home and welcome, and we both not only felt refreshed and positive and grateful, but had meaningful experiences. Thank you!

wow! this place is a gem! the owners are amazingly kind and very knowledgeable! So far I have tried the cryofacial and the infrared Sauna, both were amazing! I can’t wait to come back again
