“I was lucky enough to work with Nick for several months. I am a competitive power lifter and at the time I was dealing with a slew of injuries. Nick was extremely knowledgeable with his assessment and identification of potential causes for injury. After identifying areas that I needed to improve on Nick meticulously arranged a series of exercises for me to complete on my own. I continued to see Nick on a monthly basis to check on my progress.
