Ella was my tan girl and she was awesome & so friendly. I had enquired about some other packages for the future and she was so knowledgeable! So nice to have customer service with a smile. She definitely made this location my to go tanning spot !
Had a couple sprays here satisfactory but wanted a little darker. The girl at the desk recommended "double dark" which turned out super light on me. After 7 hours of waiting to develop I called the salon & spoke to manager Katie who had me come in right away (30 minutes before close!) to fix it. Even with a machine malfunction midway & trying to get out for the night she was professional, accommodating & talked patiently with me about possible results, knowing I couldn't come back in the morning (getting on an airplane). Nice clean environment. Received excellent help picking a tanning pkg for my needs. Kelsey at the front desk was super helpful answering my questions and helping me find what I needed. Also she was very friendly and knowledgeable. People like her are such an asset to any company.Service: Tanning
