“When our long time family vet retired I was really apprehensive to go anywhere. My 11 year old puppy started limping and we knew he needed to be seen.
After losing his brother three years ago I was very emotional going in with my fur baby. The staff was super kind and understanding. For some reason at the end I got super emotional about my puppy being labeled a senior now and they were very empathetic. From the phone call to the office they were incredibly kind. They explained our puppers care plan in depth, and made sure he got great care.
From the bottom of my heart thank you for treating us with care and understanding. We are grateful we found a new lifelong family vet. Loki says thank you too??“
