Great people who care about your pet. I had an emergency and my previous vet couldn't see my pet. Earlier appt was days away. I called Shirkey who asked how soon I could get my pet there!!Unfortunately they are not open on the weekends and hours open are rather short for those folks who work.They are also a little pricey. Prescriptions are less expensive at chewy. Since my pet doesn't have a lot of meds, I think it is worth paying a little more to keep local independent vet clinic in business. I'd strongly recommend them.

Dr. Shirkey has been our vet by choice for 12+ years. He has always answered our questions, given options and helped us keep our pets healthy! His staff is very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Shirkey Veterinary Clinic!

Absolutely love this place. The staff was super friendly and they helped me calm down during a really scary time with my dog. They're really great with the animals too. My dog felt so calm with them he just sat in the chair most of the time lol.
