We had a truly wonderful experience with The Flower Loft in Wilmington during a very meaningful and emotional time for our family. We had initially ordered flowers in advance for my father’s interment, but after arriving a day early and visiting the gravesite, we realized we wanted to add several additional arrangements on short notice. We stopped into the shop the day before the service, knowing it was a tight turnaround. Nick, who assisted us, was honest about the timing but still went above and beyond to accommodate our request. I needed flowers for my parents graves on Saturday first time seeing both so I was a little overwhelmed and forgot the flowers I goggled flowers shops in the area and I stumbled upon this gem!! Awesome customer service and pure warmth which I needed at that moment!! The flower arrangements were simply beautiful!!! Kindness is what the world needs!! Thank you for your hospitality!
