I called on a Saturday…bonus points they were open! Very kind and very helpful sales person. Willing to deliver out of town for a fee, more points! Found the butterfly bouquet online and ordered it. It’s even more beautiful in person. 5 stars!

I called The flower loft and needed a last minute flower arrangement and a delivery. My arrangement was delivered 25 min after I called. Thank you guys so much for taking care of me last minute. Great service.

I've been using The Flower Loft the last3 1/2 yrs. since my mom passed away. They deliver to the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery and know all the rules that need to be followed. They are always very professional and so helpful when choosing flowers. They also send pictures of the flower arrangements so I can see how they look since I am out of state. Very much appreciate The Flower Loft.
