I highly recommend Beverly and her company for your home inspection needs. I was completely blown away by the level of detail she provided in her home inspection, and the corresponding home inspection report. We were buying new construction, so she even took the time to flag all cosmetic issues in the paint, cabinets, etc... since it should all look brand new. Beverly spent approximately 3 hours in our new home checking every nook and cranny which was unexpected, but highly appreciated.The price was very reasonable as well. I will be recommending her to all my friends & family.

We had Jeff do both inspections for the two homes we were looking at. He was on time, very thorough and explained everything and his report is detailed. We ate first time homebuyers and we felt very comfortable. I would highly recommend him!

Jeff Sabbath has done two inspections for us and he is very thorough and professional. He answered our questions and also explained things to us as we went all around the house inside and out. The price I was quoted was reasonable was well.
