I recently had a fairly serious electrical problem in my home. Within a day of posting the problem on the next door app Jay Rivera called to ask about the problem. The next day he came over and attempted to diagnose the problem and had a pretty good idea of what was going on. Long story short, I hired his company to take care of the problem. Jay and the electrician who worked with him were both knowledgeable, professional, skilled, and very personable. Prices were Fair and the work done was excellent. Jay and the Mold Squad are the guys for the job! My house has vermiculite asbestos insulation in the attic which is dangerous to mess with.
I had the dilemma of needing to change out my bathroom fan and also routing it properly to exhaust out of the roof. I wasn't sure who would handle a job like this, especially dealing with the vermiculite.
I contacted Jay and explained to him my situation. He came out that day and gave me an estimate for the bathroom fan job but also to take out the existing insulation and put new in. I opted for just the bathroom fan but it was nice to know where I stood with the insulation overall.

I cannot say enough kind stuff. Prompt, kind and super professional. And they genuinely care about people . And in the situation me and my family are in currently about finding black mold in our rental. We needed kindness, compassion and someone who is prompt. The prices are more than fair . These people want to help others . Remember that when you’re looking for help in this situation. They were more than fair .
