Great service from start to finish. An old valve finally failed. I looked it up and it was not readily available but a replacement was found and it was installed quickly and cleanly. Great customer service.

I stopped in just to see what was available! Angela in Shorewood was so helpful and knowledgeable and very smart! She sent me home with a brochure for my husband to peruse! He found one he liked, Andrea in Wilmington had one on the floor for us to see in person and now we're relaxing in our amazing Caldera hottub! 3 delivery men came and took our old dilapidated hottub away easily and efficiently! Best experience ever! 100% recommend them for all your hottub and pool needs!

DesRochers replaced my inground pool liner. They did wonderful work! They were quick to reply to my MANY questions and concerns. The process was seamless and simple. I would recommend them 100%! Before and after pic. Light blue to a beautiful darker liner.
