I hired The Craftsmen Group to demolish a bathtub and build a shower stall in its place. BEWARE: TCG may bill you differently than their pricing model suggests. That’s what happened to me. I agreed to let the work start without an estimate. This was likely my big mistake. Try to nail this down before you are charged in a way and an amount you don’t understand. A subcontractor was used when I was led to believe TCG would be performing all the work. Fixtures, hardware, and tile were very modest and basic. WORDS TO THE WISE FROM THE VOICE OF EXPERIENCE- Make sure you understand how you will be billed for different services. Don't accept boiletplate language. Nail it down!- Make sure your appliances and hardware are explained to you.- You know yourself better than they know you. Be clear about what you expect from them. Don't accept products or services you do not want or need.Service: Remodelling
