I have known shaun almost my whole life. Hes an amazing teacher and friend. He taught me how to control my mind under stressful situations as well as helped me direct my mind into a more positive state where i was able to focus on my goals. What he teaches you is tactics of taking control of your mind and directing it. I highly recommend taking a few sessions with him even if you dont think you need help. Knowledge is the key to power and the mind is where it all starts.
Today is my two year anniversary of being completely smoke free thanks to Shawn. I had no cravings at all. I'm so grateful to Shawn for this gift because I simply could not do it on my own. One of the best decisions I've ever made!
