I’ve been going there for years kept hoping it would get better. It didbt had to tap out. Rude & the worst if u want to feel like you’re doing them a favor by going there feel free. There are so many better salons near by that are better and full service. They treat their employees like crap so everyone is miserable. Closed full days a week in a service industry is ridiculous - other salons manage to stager employees. Small barber shops rarely even close anymore 7 days is standard in US. Services are extra expensive and their cancellation policy is a joke. If u cxl less than 24 hours it’s not a penalty they charge full amount regardless even if you are hospitalized have a death in the family emergency who cares. Waxes are the worst so expensive & not consistent quality and had a bad facial - tech would not do extractions - said didbt need them or nothing there -went to spa Derma right next door they knew what to do. So many chances finally motivated to change.

The stylists are technically incredible, but after three trips I have yet to have one that follows directions unfortunately (Men’s Haircut). Have gotten way too much length cut off each time. White boy mullet summer has to be postponed until 2026.

Emilia is fantastic! I’ve been going to her for over a year. She does not rush and is meticulous at blow dries that stay amazing on my long hair for a full week. Her haircuts are also on point, and she cuts both women and men hair. Last but not least, the head massage during the hair wash is divine. Highly recommend!

Emilia was amazing! She made my hair so beautiful and cared about exactly what I wanted! We added some faceframing, blonde money pieces, and kept my chocolate brown natural hair! I am so happy with it!

in 58 years old - This was the WORST haircut i have ever had. the stylist (Robin) clearly has a one cut fits all approach and DOES NOT CONSIDER TEXTURE OR THICKNESS of each persons hair. Nor did she listen to anything I said before she started cutting. i now have horrible hair way shorter than i asked for and what makes it worst is i paid $95 only to HATE my hair. worst experience ever!
