This is the greatest most compassionate place for hair removal and so very relaxing for a facial. All the people here are willing to help and a very knowledgeable, patient, and caring.

I am very glad that I found this salon. ivana proscurov is really a professional in her work. She found an approach to my skin and a year later there was almost no hair on the chin and above the lips. I'm glad that finally got rid of unwanted hair.

I had one treatment in the WIlmette office and was happy with the results overall although it was painful and very expensive, for my second treatment (January 2019) which was set on a Tuesday I had made all my hotel reservations and travel arrangements. Friday night I get a call from Dan saying the Dr. had an emergency and would not be there Tuesday. Irina (the owner herself) just called me (late Saturday night) and was extremely apologetic about the situation. They are bending over backwards to get me in on Weds. so my arrangements will still work with a little tweaking on my part.
