Massage Envy provides a range of services including massage, skin care, and total body stretch. The front desk staff is welcoming and friendly, making the experience enjoyable. While it can be challenging to schedule an appointment, the massages themselves are professional and effective. Some therapists, such as Bruce, have received high praise for their exceptional work. The facial services are also appreciated, with some clients reporting long-lasting results. However, some customers have experienced difficulties in scheduling massages due to a shortage of therapists, which can impact their ability to receive the services they pay for.
I had such a great experience at Massage Envy in Wilmette! I honestly didn’t realize how much tension I was carrying until after my massage. My therapist really listened to what I needed and focused on the areas that were bothering me most.
I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed, and I could really feel the difference afterward. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and the whole experience was exactly what I needed.
I’m definitely going back and would absolutely recommend the Wilmette location to anyone who needs a good massage and some time to unwind.

Location was clean and their customer service was outstanding. Maria was very accommodating and catered to my needs. Best Massage Envy that I’ve had any treatments at. Keep up the good work!

My massage from Thor was fantastic, as usual. My muscles were really tight and he managed to hit all the trigger points to completely relax my tensed up body. Highly recommend.
