“OK, I don't have all the hair I did even 15 years ago, but I love talented professionals who view life none-too-seriously, but still take their craft to heart. Hence, my barber (sorry Alicja, HAIRSTYLIST!) whom I have followed everywhere she's been in the last decade or more. A nicer individual you will NEVER meet and hopefully you will have the sense to utilize her amazing skills with the scissors and other tools of her trade.Great colorist (I see the results - but do NOT use!) and her secret is that she is trained as a MEN'S Barber as well. The shop owner, Bilyana, is a sharp & beautiful woman who had the great sense to give Alicja a home after the Covid crisis decimated small businesses and rents everywhere.I can tell you that this salon has everything you'll want and need in a beautiful little indoor arcade within a tragically underused shopping mall on the GoldCoast of Kenilworth/Wilmette right on the lakefront. Parking is literally right outside their back door unless you want to visit the other businesses in Plaza del Lago (my review elsewhere on it).-- a great idea of itself. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED”
