Absolutely horrible service. She is extremely unprofessional, greedy, and careless. Talks nonstop instead of doing her job. Clumsy, sloppy, and the quality of her work is unacceptable at every level. Total waste of money and time.
OK, I don't have all the hair I did even 15 years ago, but I love talented professionals who view life none-too-seriously, but still take their craft to heart. Hence, my barber (sorry Alicja, HAIRSTYLIST!) whom I have followed everywhere she's been in the last decade or more. A nicer individual you will NEVER meet and hopefully you will have the sense to utilize her amazing skills with the scissors and other tools of her trade.Great colorist (I see the results - but do NOT use!) and her secret is that she is trained as a MEN'S Barber as well. I saw Alicja for my hair. Not only is she friendly, cheerful, clean, and professional, but she is a master at her craft. I trust no one else to touch my hair!! Thank you Alicja for making me feel and look amazing!!
